DC760  is PCB Magazine dusts Inline Cleaning Machine.

DC760 has PC+PLC control system, Mesh net conveyor system, DI water spray wash/rinse and hot air dry system.

Machine Porcess:

DI Water wash–DI rinse–DI water final rinse–air blow –Hot air dry

Machine Features:

1. Stainless steel machine, acid/alkali corrosion resistance, high pressure, high temperature resistance.
2. PC + PLC control with Chinese/English operation software.
3. Top and bottom spray cleaning; spray pressure is adjustable.
4. Air knife pressure, as well as the height and angle of the upper air knife, are adjustable.
5. DI water resistivity monitoring.
6. Automatic water leakage detection.
7. Magazine inlet/outlet sensors for counting and detection.
8. SMEMA signal cable connection system to interface with upstream/downstream equipment signals.
9. Customer MES system integration software for machine status monitoring (optional).
10. Energy saving mode.
11. Overcurrent and overload protection for electrical equipment.
12. Overtemperature protection for DI water heating and hot air heating.
13. High and low water level protection for the tank.
14. Emergency stop protection.
15. Double-layer protection against leakage for the cleaning and rinsing sections; double-layer protection for the drying section with low outer housing temperature.
