Leadframe Cleaning Machine SC700

SC700 is inline leadframe ultrasonic cleaning machine.It is primarily used to clean flux on IPM, PDFN,IGBT modules.By adopting multi tanks immersion ultrasonic/spray/agitation wash and rinse cleaning technology, SC700 is capable of cleaning flux and remove oxide layer on leadframe products.
