JEDEC Tray Inline Cleaning Machine DC350

DC350 is mainly used to clean JEDEC trays and other trays.

The machine consists of the following units:

PC + PLC control unit; Stainless steel mesh conveyor unit; DI water spray cleaning unit; DI water spray rinsing unit; Hot air drying unit

Machine Process:

Wash–Prerinse–Rinse–Final rinse–Hot air blow–Hot air dry

Machine Features:

1.  Suitable for automatic cleaning of dust particles from JEDEC trays.
2. Stainless steel machine, acid/alkali corrosion resistance, high pressure and high temperature resistance.
3. PC + PLC control with Chinese/English operation software.
4. Top and bottom spray cleaning; spray pressure is adjustable.
5. Air knife pressure, as well as the height and angle of the upper air knife, are adjustable.
6. DI water resistivity monitoring.
7. Automatic water leakage detection.
8. JEDEC Tray inlet/outlet sensors for counting and detection.
9. SMEMA signal lines.
10. Customer MES system integration software for machine status monitoring (optional).
11. Energy saving mode.
12. Over current and overload protection for electrical equipment.
13. Over temperature protection for DI water/Hot air heating.
14. High and low water level protection for the tank.

16. Double-layer leakage protection for the cleaning and rinsing sections; double-layer protection for the drying section with low outer housing temperature.
