FC960 is FCBGA/FCCSP/2.5D flux inline cleaning machine. By adopting multiple sections powerful chemical, DI water spray cleaning technology and PC+PLC control system, FC960 is capable of clean flux under low stand of large size FCBGA/FCCSP.
