SC720 is inline IGBT ultrasonic cleaning machine. It is primarily used to clean flux on IGBT modules. By adopting multi tanks immersion ultrasonic /spray/agitation wash and rinse cleaning technology, SC720 is capable of cleaning flux and remove oxide layer on IGBT modulars.
