The SD230 Screen Cleaning Machine is mainly used for the automatic cleaning of metal dust and particulates on ultrasonic vibrating screens. It adopts the spray cleaning method with heated tap water to remove contaminants such as metal dust and particulates from the screen surface, followed by high-pressure hot air knife drying to blow away excess water and moisture on the screen, leaving the screen clean and dry.
Equipment Features 1. Specialized cleaning machine for large metal powder screens, suitable for lithium battery, mixed metal screening and other industries. 2. The cleaning water tank is equipped with a heating system, specially designed for the automatic cleaning of contaminants such as dust and particles on screens. 3. All stainless steel body with acid and alkali corrosion resistance, designed with a 15-year service life. 4. Machine components including pipelines, angle seat valves, filter barrels, liquid level floats and heating tubes are all made of stainless steel. 5. Key components are made of special materials that meet industry requirements. 6. Simultaneous spray cleaning or air knife drying on the upper and lower surfaces; the screen rotates inside the machine for full coverage with no blind spots or dead angles. 7. The entire process of cleaning and drying can be completed within 10~15 minutes. 8. Cleaning time, cleaning water temperature and cleaning water spray pressure are all programmable and adjustable. 9. Drying time, drying hot air temperature and drying air pressure are all programmable and adjustable. 10. The upper cover of the cleaning chamber features a double-layer heat insulation design to prevent overheating of the outer cover and protect the safety of operators. 11. A tempered glass observation window is installed on the upper cover for easy monitoring of the machine’s working status. 12. Multi-stage precision filtration system enables circular filtration and reuse of cleaning water. 13. Professional air knife design combined with a large-flow blower to improve drying efficiency. 14. Deionized (DI) cleaning water can be automatically added through the tap water pipeline; wastewater in the cleaning tank can be automatically discharged by a diaphragm pump.
