SD1000 Automatic Stencil Developer The SD1000 Automatic Stencil Developer is mainly used for rinsing screen printing stencils after exposure during the stencil making process to reveal the printed patterns formed post-exposure. The machine adopts movable front and rear spray rods for jet spraying, which removes the excess photosensitive emulsion left after exposure to bring out the printed patterns; it then uses compressed air knife drying to eliminate residual water droplets from the stencil surface for drying. The SD1000 also functions as an automatic stencil stripper, which can strip the emulsion from used stencils to turn them into blank stencils for reuse.

Technical Features 1. The entire machine is made of stainless steel, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, with a designed service life of 15 years. 2. Adopts a dual front and rear spray rod spray developing and stripping system, enabling simultaneous spray operation on both the front and back surfaces of the stencil. 3. The spray rods are driven by a stepping motor via a chain, with dual software and hardware limit protection to ensure safe operation. 4. Equipped with a PLC + HMI control system. 5. The developing and stripping program parameters can be adjusted according to the requirements of different stencils. 6. The developing and stripping programs can be switched as required for operations such as developing and stripping. 7. The moving range of the spray rods can be set according to the stencil size, saving water and improving cleaning efficiency. 8. Front door opening design with an observation window on the front for real-time monitoring of the operation status. 9. Nozzles are arranged in a staggered pattern at the front and rear, ensuring uniform spray pressure on all parts of the stencil. 10. Water is automatically drained or recycled for reuse after developing or stripping. 11. Door induction and program interlock design to protect the safety of operators. 12. With high and low water level protection functions, and automatic water replenishment. 13. Equipped with Chinese and English operation interfaces, featuring simple one-button operation. 14.
