SC730

SC730 is specifically designed for automatic cleaning of IGBT power semiconductor module flux.

The equipment adopts PC+PLC control, stainless steel mesh transmission, cleaning solution and DI water spray cleaning method to clean the IGBT flux.
The IGBT module is transferred from the machine’s incoming board end to the machine’s mesh belt, and then sequentially passes through functional areas such as cleaning, chemical isolation, rinsing, air cutting, and hot air drying according to the set mesh speed, before being sent out from the machine’s outgoing board end.

Board entry → Pre cleaning → Cleaning 1 → Cleaning 2 → Cleaning 3 → Chemical isolation → Pre rinsing → Rinsing → Final rinsing → Wind cutting → Hot air drying 1 → Hot air drying 2 → Board exit

 

Features of the equipment:

1. The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel material, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and has a designed service life of 20 years.
2. PC+PLC control, with a user-friendly interface in both Chinese and English.
3. Long cleaning section, with adjustable cleaning pressure, efficiently removes high-temperature solder paste, flux, and oxide layer.
4. Combination nozzle, specifically designed for IGBT flux cleaning and rinsing.
5. Chemical isolation and wind cutting section, wind knife pressure, adjustable angle.
6. Automatic addition and discharge of cleaning solution.
7. Cleaning solution dual condensation recovery device to reduce liquid consumption.
8. Cooling of cleaning solution.
9. DI water resistance monitoring.
10. The rinsing pressure can be adjusted to effectively prevent oxidation.
11. Rinse water overflows and updates from back to front to improve product cleanliness.
12. Automatic rinse water discharge device.
13. Leakage, automatic detection of water leakage.
14. SMEMA signal line connection system, connecting equipment signals above and below.
15. SECS/GEM or MES system software to monitor machine operation (option).
16. The entrance and exit are equipped with sensing devices, which have functions such as board memory, timeout detection, and energy-saving standby.
17. Electrical facilities have overcurrent and overload protection functions.
18. Liquid tank/water tank level float ball, high and low level alarm protection function.
19. Heating over temperature alarm protection function.
20. Real time detection and compensation system for cleaning solution concentration (option).
