SC720 Leadframe Packaging Flux Cleaning Machine

The SC720 is mainly designed for the automatic cleaning of flux residues on leadframe packaging products, such as IPM and IGBT. Adopting a multi-tank structure with immersion ultrasonic and jet cleaning methods, the machine uses water-based cleaning fluid to thoroughly remove residual flux on leadframe packaging modules, followed by DI water rinsing and hot air drying processes to complete the entire cleaning operation.
