SC700 Leadframe Packaging Flux Cleaning Machine
The SC700 is specially designed for the automatic cleaning of flux residues on leadframe packaging products, especially power semiconductor products such as IPM, PDFN and IGBT. Adopting a multi-tank structure with immersion ultrasonic and jet cleaning methods, the machine uses water-based cleaning fluid to thoroughly remove residual flux on leadframe packaging modules, followed by DI water rinsing and hot air drying processes to complete the whole cleaning operation.

11. Real-time monitoring of DI water flow rate.

12. Real-time monitoring of DI water resistivity.

13. Independent electrical control cabinet for easy operation and maintenance.

14. Loading and unloading mechanisms to form a fully automated production line.
