SC580 Leadframe Flux Residue Cleaning Machine

The SC580 is specially designed for the automatic cleaning of flux residues on leadframe products after die bonding, such as IPM and PDFN. Adopting a multi-tank structure with immersion ultrasonic and jet cleaning methods, the machine uses water-based cleaning fluid to thoroughly remove residual flux on leadframe packaging modules, followed by DI water rinsing and hot air drying.
