IC680 Ion Contamination Tester

The IC680 is specially designed for the testing of ion contamination content on the surface of PCB/PCBA and semiconductor components. This tester adopts a circulating extraction mode to extract ionic contaminants on the surface of the tested product into the test solvent. Through a high-precision measuring probe and a precision analysis system, it accurately measures and calculates the average ion content per unit area of the tested product, and automatically judges whether the ion content meets the requirements. It can be used as an inspection method for product delivery or provide data reference for the improvement of cleaning processes. Test Product Dimensions: ≤L800*W800*T100 (mm)
