IC600
IC600 is specifically designed for testing the surface ion contamination content of PCB/PCBA/semiconductor components.
This tester adopts a cyclic extraction mode to extract the ionic pollutants on the surface of the tested product into the testing solvent. Then, through high-precision measuring probes and precise analysis systems, the average ion content per unit area of the tested product is accurately measured and calculated. The automatic judgment of whether the ion content meets the requirements is used as an inspection method for shipment or as a data reference for improving the cleaning process.
