FC760 Advanced Packaging Flux Cleaning Machine The FC760 is specially designed for the automatic cleaning of flux residues in advanced packaging processes such as FCBGA/FCCSP/QFN. It is also applicable for the automatic cleaning of IC substrates. The equipment adopts a PC+PLC control system and a stainless steel mesh conveying system, with an upper and lower spray cleaning method using cleaning fluid and DI water to thoroughly remove flux residues from the bottom gaps of SIP modules. FCBGA/FCCSP units are conveyed from the machine’s board inlet to the internal stainless steel mesh belt, and pass through the functional zones of cleaning, chemical isolation, rinsing, air knife drying, and hot air drying in sequence at a preset mesh speed, before being delivered out from the machine’s board outlet.
Equipment Features 1. The entire machine is constructed of SUS304 stainless steel, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion with a 20-year service life. 2. Adopts a PC+PLC control system with a Chinese-English operation interface for easy operation. 3. Long cleaning section with adjustable cleaning pressure and spray bar angles. 4. Combined nozzles specially designed for the cleaning and rinsing of flux residues on low-gap FCBGA/FCCSP packages. 5. Equipped with chemical isolation and air knife drying sections; the air pressure and angle of the air knives are adjustable. 6. Realizes automatic filling and discharge of cleaning fluid. 7. Dual condensation recovery device for cleaning fluid to reduce liquid consumption. 8. With cleaning fluid cooling function. 9. Real-time monitoring of DI water resistivity. 10. Four ultra-long rinsing sections with adjustable rinsing pressure and spray bar angles. 11. Rinsing water overflows and renews from back to front to improve product cleanliness. 12. Equipped with an automatic discharge device for rinsing water. 13. Automatic detection of liquid leakage and water leakage. 14. SMEMA signal line connection system for signal communication with upstream and downstream equipment. 15. SECS/GEM software system for machine operation monitoring (Optional). 16. Sensors are installed at the inlet and outlet, featuring board in/out memory, overtime detection, energy-saving standby and other functions. 17. Overcurrent and overload protection functions for electrical components. 18. Float level gauges for fluid tanks/water tanks with high and low liquid level alarm and protection functions. 19. Over-temperature alarm and protection function for heating systems. 20. Real-time detection and compensation system for cleaning fluid concentration (Optional).
