DC450 Automatic Cleaning Machine

The DC450 is mainly used for the automatic cleaning of water-soluble flux on PCBA and particulate contaminants on other products. The machine consists of a PC+PLC control unit, a stainless steel mesh belt conveying unit, a DI water spray cleaning unit, a DI water spray rinsing unit and a hot air unit. Equipment Features:

1. Suitable for cleaning water-soluble flux and dust particles on PCBA.
2. Entire machine constructed from stainless steel material, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, with a service life of 20 years.

4. Upper and lower spray cleaning; nozzle spray pressure is adjustable.
5. Air knife pressure and the height/angle of the upper air knife are adjustable.
6. DI water resistivity monitoring.
7. Automatic water leakage detection.
8. Infeed/outfeed board sensors for counting and detection.
9. SMEMA signal line connection system for linking with upstream/downstream equipment signals.
10. Software for customer MES system integration to monitor machine status (Optional).
