BC350 Large-Size Stencil Cleaning Machine It is designed for the automatic cleaning of SMT solder paste stencils, red adhesive stencils/copper stencils, PCBs with misprinted solder paste, and flux on large PCBAs. The machine features an exclusive selection of closed and open rinsing loop modes, suitable for meeting diverse rinsing requirements. This equipment adopts a unique structural design where the stencil moves back and forth while the spray rods and air knives remain fixed. It can automatically complete the entire technological processes of cleaning, rinsing and drying in a single machine. During cleaning, the nozzles on the left and right spray rods spray simultaneously, which ensures the equipment’s operational stability, uniform stencil tension and ultra-high cleaning quality. Equipment Features 1. High-Efficiency Spray Structure: 4 parallel spray rods are arranged on both left and right sides, minimizing the stencil’s moving distance and delivering high cleaning efficiency and excellent cleaning results. 6. Rapid Hot Air Drying: Equipped with high-flow 4-air-knife systems on both left and right sides for fast and efficient hot air drying. 7. One-Button Automatic Operation: Cleaning, rinsing and drying processes are automatically completed in one cycle according to preset programs with a single button press. 8. PLC Control & HMI Operation: Adopts PLC program control and human-machine interface operation, with real-time monitoring of all cleaning parameters. 9. Integrated Pressure Gauges: Equipped with liquid pressure gauges for intuitive observation of pressure values for cleaning, rinsing, cleaning filter barrel and rinsing filter barrel. 10. Automatic Liquid Handling: Fitted with a pneumatic diaphragm pump to realize automatic liquid filling and draining. 11.
