BC330C Stencil Cleaning Machine Equipped with a PC control system, this machine is designed for the automatic cleaning of SMT solder paste stencils, red adhesive stencils/copper stencils, PCBs with misprinted solder paste, and flux on large PCBAs. It features an exclusive selection of closed and open rinsing loop modes, suitable for meeting different rinsing requirements. This equipment adopts a unique structural design where the stencil moves back and forth while the spray rods and air knives remain fixed. It can automatically complete the entire technological processes of cleaning, rinsing and drying in a single machine. During cleaning, the nozzles on the left and right spray rods spray simultaneously, which ensures the operational stability of the equipment, uniform tension of the stencil and ultra-high cleaning quality. Equipment Features 1. Real-time circulating filtration of water-based cleaning fluid: Solder balls and other particles removed during cleaning will not reattach to the stencil surface, guaranteeing a thoroughly cleaned stencil. 5. Four parallel spray rods on each left and right side: Short stencil moving distance ensures high cleaning efficiency and excellent cleaning results. 6. Four high-flow air knife systems on both left and right sides for rapid hot air drying. 7. One-button operation: Cleaning, rinsing and drying processes are automatically completed in one cycle according to preset programs. 8. PC + PLC program control: Real-time monitoring of cleaning parameters and MES system connectivity. 9. Equipped with liquid pressure gauges for easy observation of pressure values of cleaning, rinsing, cleaning filter barrel and rinsing filter barrel. 10. Equipped with a pneumatic diaphragm pump for automatic liquid filling and draining. 11.
