AC620 Off-line SIP/PCBA Cleaning Machine
The AC620 is an off-line SIP/PCBA cleaning machine, specially designed for the automatic cleaning of flux residues on the bottom of SIP modules and the bottom of PCBA assembled with high-precision components such as BGA, CSP and QFN. It is suitable for various flux cleaning requirements. The machine adopts a process flow of water-based cleaning fluid cleaning, DI water rinsing and hot air drying. Parameters including cleaning time, rinsing time, drying time, cleaning fluid temperature, rinsing water temperature, hot air drying temperature, rinsing times, cleaning spray pressure and rinsing spray pressure can all be set and adjusted as required. It adopts a vertical spray cleaning method, which is ideally suited for flux cleaning of PCBs with fine pitch and flip-chip devices. The machine is equipped with double tracks and two complete cleaning zones (left and right). Each cleaning zone is fitted with 4 high-pressure cleaning spray bars and 4 professional drying air knives, enabling simultaneous cleaning of 2 rows of SIP/PCBA and doubling the production capacity. It is mainly composed of a cleaning system, a rinsing system, a drying system, a filtration system and a control system.

  12. Entire body constructed from SUS304 stainless steel​ for acid and alkali resistance, with a service life of 15 years.
  13. Utilization of high-quality electric/pneumatic components from brands like Mitsubishi, Schneider, Omron, Southern Pump, ARO​ for safety and reliability.
  14. Safety features including over-temperature protection, high/low liquid level control, overload protection, and door interlock protection.
  15. Optional connectivity to customer MES​ for sending system parameters and cleaning status.
  16. Support for optional barcode scanner​ integration.
