AC610 Off-line PCBA/SIP Cleaning Machine

The AC610 is an off-line PCBA/SIP cleaning machine, mainly used for the automatic cleaning of flux on the bottom of high-precision PCBA and SIP modules, as well as the bottom of PCBA with high-precision components such as BGA, CSP and QFN. It is suitable for various flux cleaning requirements. The machine adopts the process flow of water-based cleaning fluid cleaning, DI water rinsing and hot air drying. Parameters including cleaning time, rinsing time, drying time, cleaning fluid temperature, rinsing water temperature, hot air drying temperature, rinsing times, cleaning spray pressure and rinsing spray pressure can all be set and adjusted as required. It adopts a vertical spray cleaning method, which is ideally suitable for flux cleaning of PCBs with fine pitch and flip-chip devices. The machine is mainly composed of a cleaning system, a rinsing system, a drying system, a filtration system and a control system.

Real-time collection, software display and adjustable setting of all parameters for cleaning, rinsing and drying. 6. Circulating and filtered utilization of cleaning fluid; rinsing water for open-loop or closed-loop operation (with water treatment device configured). 7. The system is equipped with 4 parallel spray bars and 4 professional air knives on both left and right sides, featuring short moving stroke and high efficiency in cleaning, rinsing and drying. 8. One-click operation for simple and convenient use. 9. Visual window on the cleaning chamber for clear observation of the entire cleaning process. 10. Equipped with automatic fluid filling and draining functions. 11. The whole machine body is made of SUS304 stainless steel, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, with a service life of 15 years. 12. Adopting top-quality electric and pneumatic components from Mitsubishi, Schneider, Omron, Nanfang Pump Industry, ARO and other brands, ensuring high safety and reliability. 13. Configured with multiple protection functions including over-temperature protection, high and low liquid level control, overload protection and cleaning door interlock protection. 14. MES system connectivity for customers; system parameters and cleaning status can be transmitted to the MES system (optional). 15. Optional barcode scanner configuration.
