AC530 PCBA Flux Automatic Cleaning Machine

The AC530 is a PCBA flux automatic cleaning machine applicable for cleaning PCBA, IGBT, FCBGA and SIP modules. It adopts a rotary spray cleaning method, realizing the entire process of cleaning, rinsing and drying in a single cleaning chamber. Adopting the industry’s most advanced high-flow spray cleaning process, it quickly and effectively removes and flushes away residual flux and ions on PCBA, ensuring it is thoroughly cleaned and dried. Technical Features:

1. Suitable for cleaning post-soldering surface flux residues on PCBA, IGBT, Flip-Chip, and SIP modules.
2. Compatible with all flux types, including rosin, no-clean, and water-soluble fluxes.
3. PC + PLC control system​ with Windows OS and computer software interface for simpler operation. Can connect to MES systems​ .
4. Real-time monitoring, display, and adjustment via software of spray pressure​ (cleaning solution/rinse water), temperature​ (cleaning solution/rinse water/drying), and process timing​ (cleaning, rinsing, drying).
5. Completely independent cleaning and rinsing systems​ reduce cross-contamination between liquids and water, minimizing chemical consumption.
6. Dual DI rinse tanks​ save 25-30%​ on water usage.
7. Rinse water can be heated.

9. Spray bar rotation mechanism uses a lubrication-free design​ for smooth operation, preventing secondary contamination during cleaning .
