AC620 vertical spray PCBA cleaning machine is primarily used for automatically cleaning flux residues on SIP modules, PCBs with BGAs, QFNs and other precise SMD components. It is suitable for various kinds of flux cleaning requirements.

AC620 has 2 cleaning systems, 2 PCBA holding racks, each cleaning system has 4 spray manifolds and 4 air knives; Double wash efficiency.
