IC600 is specifically designed for testing the ionic contamination level on the surface of PCBs, PCBAs, and semiconductor components.
IC600 uses a dynamic extraction method to extract ionic contaminants from the surface of the product under test into the test solvent. Through a high-precision measurement probe and a sophisticated analysis system, it accurately measures and calculates the average ionic contamination per unit area of the product under test. It automatically determines whether the ionic level meets the required standard, serving as a outgoing quality inspection method or providing data reference for cleaning process improvement.
