SD230 Ultrasonic vibration Mesh Cleaning Machine is mainly used for the automatic cleaning of metal dust and particulate matter from ultrasonic vibrating screens.
SD230 uses heated tap water with a spray cleaning method to remove contaminants such as metal dust and particulate matter from the screen mesh. It then uses high-pressure hot air to blow off excess moisture and vapor from the screen surface, leaving the screen mesh clean and dry.
Machine Process:
Load mesh — Spray cleaning– Hot air drying — Unload Mesh
Machine Features:
- Dedicated cleaning machine for large-scale metal powder screening meshes, suitable for industries such as lithium battery and mixed metal screening.
- The cleaning tank is equipped with a heating system specifically for automatic removal of contaminants such as dust and particulate matter from the screen mesh.
- Fully stainless steel body, resistant to acid, alkali corrosion, pressure, and high temperature.
- Machine components including piping, angle seat valves, filter housings, float level switches, and heating tubes are all made of stainless steel.
- Critical components are made of special materials, meeting industry requirements.
- Simultaneous top and bottom spray cleaning and air blow-off with the screen mesh rotating inside the machine — achieving full coverage with no blind spots or dead zones.
- Cleaning + drying cycle completed in 10–15 minutes.
- Cleaning time, water temperature, and spray pressure are programmable and adjustable.
- Drying time, hot air temperature, and air pressure are programmable and adjustable.
- Double-layer thermal insulation design on the cleaning chamber cover prevents the outer cover from becoming too hot, ensuring operator safety.
- The cover features a tempered glass observation window for easy monitoring of machine operation.
- Multi-stage precision filtration system allows recirculation and reuse of cleaning water.
- Professional air knife design combined with a high-flow blower improves drying efficiency.
- DI water can be automatically added via the tap water line; wastewater in the cleaning tank can be automatically discharged via a diaphragm pump.
