MC360 Leadframe Magazine Automatic Cleaning Machine

The MC360 is mainly designed for the automatic cleaning of magazines used for leadframe products. It adopts an immersion ultrasonic cleaning method to thoroughly remove residual contaminants on the magazines, followed by DI water rinsing and hot air drying.

Machine Features 1. Constructed with stainless steel, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, with a designed service life of 15 years. 2. PLC+HDMI program control, equipped with Chinese and English operating systems. 3. Adopts the process of ultrasonic cleaning + ultrasonic rinsing + hot air drying. 4. Top cover design reduces water vapor evaporation and unpleasant odors in the workshop. 5. DI water overflows and renews from the rear to the front. 6. Single robotic arm with automatic cleaning basket detection function. 7. Real-time monitoring of DI water flow rate. 8. Real-time monitoring of DI water resistivity. 9. Independent electrical control cabinet for easy operation, maintenance and servicing. 10. Can be integrated with a trolley or automatic loading and unloading mechanism to form a fully automatic production line.
