DC260 In-line Water Cleaning Machine

The DC260 is an in-line water cleaning machine mainly used for the automatic cleaning of dust on MINILED light boards after cutting and dust on JEDEC TRAYs. It adopts a sectional upper and lower spray cleaning method with the process of DI water cleaning + DI water rinsing + hot air drying, which completely removes dust and ionic residues on MINILED boards and ensures they are thoroughly clean and dry. Equipment Characteristics:

1. Machine constructed from stainless steel material, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, with a design service life of 20 years.
2. PC+PLC control system, with Windows-based Chinese software and operation interface.
3. Spray cleaning with adjustable spray pressure for both upper and lower nozzles.
4. Adjustable air knife pressure, and adjustable height and angle for the upper air knife.
5. DI water resistivity monitoring.
6. Water pressure and air pressure gauges provide real-time feedback on pressure changes.
7. SMEMA signal line connection system for interfacing with upstream and downstream equipment signals.
