AC530Z BGA Solder Ball Mounting Jig Flux Automatic Cleaning Machine

The AC530Z is dedicated to the automatic cleaning of flux residues on BGA solder ball mounting jigs and fixtures. The machine adopts a spray cleaning method, using heated DI water for spray cleaning to remove residual flux and foreign matter from the surface of solder ball mounting jigs. It is then followed by spray rinsing, subsequent water removal via compressed air blowing, and finally hot air drying. The equipment greatly improves cleaning efficiency and is a new-type, high-performance automatic cleaning device for BGA solder ball mounting jigs.
