MC710 PCB Turnover Rack Automatic Cleaning Machine

The MC710 is specially designed for the automatic cleaning of board debris and dust on PCB turnover racks. It adopts a sectional upper and lower spray cleaning method with a three-step process of cleaning, rinsing and hot air drying, which completely removes board debris and dust from the racks and ensures they are thoroughly cleaned and dried.

Equipment Features:

1. Entire machine constructed from stainless steel, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, with a designed service life of 20 years.

2. PC + PLC control with Windows-based bilingual (Chinese/English) operating system.

3. Cleaning + rinsing process to completely remove dust and board debris from magazines.

4. Upper and lower high-pressure spraying; spray bar angles and spray pressure are adjustable.

5. Air-cut and hot air knife angles and pressure are adjustable.

6. Real-time monitoring of cleaning, rinsing, and air-cut pressures.

7. Automatic detection of liquid and water leakage.

8. DI water resistivity monitoring and flow rate monitoring.

9. SMEMA signal line connection system for interfacing with upstream and downstream equipment.

10. MES system integration software for monitoring machine operation (optional).

11. Inlet and outlet sensors with magazine entry/exit memory function, timeout detection, energy-saving standby, and other functions.
