SC730 IGBT Power Semiconductor Module Flux Residue Cleaning Machine
The SC730 is specially designed for the automatic cleaning of flux residues on IGBT power semiconductor modules. The equipment adopts a PC+PLC control system and a stainless steel mesh conveying system, with an upper and lower spray cleaning method using cleaning fluid and DI water to thoroughly remove flux residues on IGBT modules. IGBT modules are conveyed from the machine’s board inlet to the internal stainless steel mesh belt, pass through the functional zones of cleaning, chemical isolation, rinsing, air knife drying and hot air drying in sequence at a preset mesh speed, and are then delivered out from the machine’s board outlet.

1. The entire machine is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, with a designed service life of 20 years.

2. PC + PLC control system with bilingual (Chinese/English) operation interface for convenient operation.

3. Long cleaning section with adjustable cleaning pressure, efficiently removing high-temperature solder paste flux and oxide layers.

4. Combined nozzles specially designed for IGBT flux cleaning and rinsing.

5. Chemical isolation and air-cut section; air knife pressure and angles are adjustable.

6. Automatic addition and discharge of cleaning solution.

7. Dual condensation recovery system for cleaning solution, reducing liquid consumption.

8. Cleaning solution cooling.

9. DI water resistivity monitoring.

10. Adjustable rinsing pressure to effectively prevent oxidation.

11. Rinsing water overflows and refreshes from back to front, improving product cleanliness.

12. Automatic discharge device for rinsing water.

13. Automatic detection of liquid and water leakage.

14. SMEMA signal line connection system for interfacing with upstream and downstream equipment signals.

15. SECS/GEM or MES system software for monitoring machine operation (optional).

16. Inlet and outlet equipped with sensors, featuring board entry/exit memory function, timeout detection, energy-saving standby, and other functions.

17. Overcurrent and overload protection for electrical components.

18. Float ball level sensors in chemical/water tanks with high/low level alarm protection.

19. Overtemperature alarm protection for heating.

20. Real-time detection and compensation system for cleaning solution concentration (optional).
