FC610 Flux Residue Cleaning Machine The FC610 is specially designed for the automatic cleaning of residual flux after BGA solder ball attachment. Equipped with a double-layer Kevlar mesh belt conveying system and adopting an upper and lower water spray cleaning method, the machine leverages heated DI water and the mechanical force of jetting to soften, decompose, peel off and remove flux residues until the surface is completely clean during the cleaning and rinsing stages. It is followed by a hot air knife drying section, which removes residual moisture from the BGA solder ball attachment substrate to achieve thorough drying.
Equipment Features 1. The entire machine is constructed of stainless steel, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion with a 20-year service life. 2. Adopts a PC+PLC control system with Windows Chinese-English operation software. 3. Equipped with a double-layer Kevlar mesh belt. 4. Upper and lower spray cleaning with adjustable nozzle angles and cleaning pressure. 5. Air knife air pressure and angle are adjustable; the air knife drying system is fitted with a high-efficiency filter. 6. Enables real-time monitoring of DI water resistivity. 7. Real-time display and feedback of spray pressure. 8. Configured with SMEMA signal lines for connecting upstream and downstream equipment. 9. MES system connectivity for machine status monitoring (Optional). 10. Sensors are installed at the inlet and outlet, featuring functions of board in/out counting, overtime detection and alarm, and energy-saving standby. 11. Overcurrent and overload protection functions for electrical components. 12. High and low water level protection functions for the water tank. 13.
