BC30 Nozzle Cleaning Machine The BC30 Nozzle Cleaning Machine is designed for the automatic cleaning of nozzles of various SMT pick-and-place machines. Equipped with a two-fluid spray nozzle, the machine utilizes fluid mechanics to generate ultra-fine high-pressure water mist, which forms a powerful kinetic energy that is jetted onto the nozzles. This creates a continuous energy field above the nozzles to be cleaned, thoroughly breaking down contaminants on and inside the nozzles. During the cleaning process, deionized water or distilled water is discharged in an automatic and direct manner.
