BC60 Nozzle Cleaning Machine The BC60 Nozzle Cleaning Machine is an integrated nozzle cleaning and inspection device that integrates upper and lower high-pressure spray cleaning with pure water, compressed air drying, vacuum flow detection, nozzle tip detection, QR code detection, sliding smoothness detection, reflector disc detection and intelligent storage in one unit. The machine performs high-pressure spray rinsing from the top and bottom with pure water, which is recycled and filtered for reuse. It features easy operation and intelligent design; the entire process is fully automated with no manual intervention required, and all cleaning and inspection records are traceable. The BC60 series includes three models: BC60-1 is dedicated to the cleaning and inspection of Panasonic nozzles, BC60-2 for FUJI nozzles, and BC60-3 for ASM nozzles.

Technical Features 1. Easy and intelligent operation; simply place the nozzle holder in position and start the machine to begin operation. 2. Equipped with QR code inspection, flow rate inspection and nozzle tip damage inspection functions. 3. Utilizes industrial distilled water, which is recycled and filtered for reuse. 4. Can be connected to the MES system to upload parameters including nozzle holder ID, nozzle ID, nozzle flow rate value and nozzle tip condition. 5. Reduces the pick-and-place error rate and improves production efficiency. 6. The machine automatically completes the entire cleaning and inspection process, saving labor and time costs. 7. Cleaning records are queryable at any time.
