technological process:
Entering the board → DI water cleaning → DI water pre rinsing → DI water rinsing → DI water final rinsing → hot air drying → exiting the board

Features of the equipment:
1. The whole machine is made of stainless steel material, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and has a service life of 20 years.
2. PC+PLC control system, Windows operating software in both Chinese and English.
3. Double layered Kavela mesh belt.
4. Up and down spraying, nozzle angle, and cleaning pressure can be adjusted.
5. The wind pressure and angle of the wind blade can be adjusted, and the wind cutting drying is equipped with an efficient filter.
6. DI water resistance monitoring.
7. Real time display and feedback of spray pressure.
8. SMEMA signal line, connecting upstream and downstream devices.
9. MES system docking, monitoring machine condition (Option).
10. The entrance and exit are equipped with sensors, which have functions such as counting the number of incoming and outgoing boards, timeout detection alarm, energy-saving standby, etc.
11. Electrical facilities have overcurrent and overload protection functions.
12. Water tank high and low water level protection function.
13. Water tank heating and hot air heating, with over temperature protection function.
14. Emergency stop protection.
